Eviction (Unlawful Detainer)

The law is changing around when landlords will be able to serve tenants evictions. The earliest you will need to answer, if you are served with an eviction, is September 15, 2020. We may be able to help assist you with your eviction.

You can also visit www.stayhousedla.org to be referred to a legal services program and a tenants organizing group for assistance.
